Kidney pain ?????????????

Yesterday i did my sixth shot of test cyp 250mg every three days, just added on deca two shots ago 150mg every three days, i shot in my left glute, and about two hours later i startd feeling pain under my rib cage on my left side, now this is freakin me the fvck out because i forgot to aspirate , now im hopin that i pulled a muscle, because it hurts when i breath in heavy, ive been punched in the kidney before and it hurts like a motherfvcker, thats where the pain is but not as bad, well this afternoon the pain went down... am i just buggin out or do i need to see a doctor, and if i hit a vien or nerve what would happen ??? Please anybody with any advice....Thanks By the way i take b-6 omega 3 and milk thistle, and a ton of protien.......

don't worry m8.
you most likely went through a vein, and some test got directly in your bloodstream. just some. Ohterwise you would be on intensive care by now

I get pains in my kidneys when i am not getting enough water. Try and drink more water. See if that helps.

That came to mind, i dont get enough water, i know it sounds stupid but sometimes i get to busy and forget, i hope thats the problem....

It could only help to drink more water. I carry around a bottle everywhere I go. Even have one sitting in front of me right now while on the comp. You have to make it easier for yourself to drink more water.

Yeah i actually own a juice route, i drink plenty of juice, ( orange and cranberry ) i have to pick up a couple of cases of water and keep it on the truck...This way when i see it i know to drink it ...
