What are essential Vitamins while on Gear?

While doing my 2nd cycle I was going to take the following
    MultiVitamin
    Vitamin C
    B-6
    Super Omega Complex
    Glutamine
    L-Arginine
    Amino

Does this sound good?Overkill?did I miss something?

    1. I take a Time released Multi year round regardless on if I"m on or not.

    2. At least 1000mgs of Calcium ED is a MUST IMO and is often overlooked by many, especially men. It's the most abundant mineral in the body and is crucial for muscle, nervous and skeletal functions. Not to mention as we lift weights it puts pressure on our bones releasing calcium from them.

    3. 1000mgs Vitamin C, well that has many overall benefits. Ask the British half of them wouldnt be alive if it werent for Vit C.

    4. Milk Thistle, Saw Palmetto and Cranberry extract when I'm on...............Everything else mentioned year round.........

I totally feel you brotha, I'm glad yopu didnt take it the wrong way. As you stated each one serves it's purpose. Always better to be safe then sorry..............

A lot of what you're taking are for preventative measures that you cant get from food. In reality if you were to cut down your list to just Vitamins (not including Minerals, herbs and fish oils) then you wouldnt really have that long of a list.

Do have to say that I like the B6 in there, thats a great coenzyme for energy production. Some tend to forget that vitamins and minerals DONT give energy. Energy comes from calories and there are no kCals in these that's why they are micronutrients..........Man I hate it when people come in my gym or even the supplement stores I used to work at and say "What vitamin will give me energy." I'll stop there, too early to rant.

What does you cycle consist of? What kind of diet are you on?

If you're eating lets say 4k kcals a day then you may be providing more nutrients then you think just through your diet. On a restricted diet it gets harder to provide essential nutrients when some try to eat a diet that consists of 60% protein. Then when their joints hurt like hell they think its the gear...........look again..........
