hi everyone, ive done some research on clen and just started using 2 days ago but still have a couple questions. this is my 1st time using clen, ive done a few cycles in my day but never this. im taking arr's clen at 40mcg around 10am and another 40mcg around 2pm, im planning on doing 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off for a total of 12 weeks. im wondering after im done with this are the results u get pretty perminate as long as u obviously train hard, eat good and cardio or is this somthing u need to keep doing? also is the way im doing it sound good? any info on this or anyone that has used clen and wants to share there experience with it would be much appreciated.
im 5'10, 205 pounds, 25yrs old, i have good size, upper body looks good, my goal with this is trying to lose some of my stomach and get some abs, just overall get a little harder and vascular. i train very hard, 5-6 days a week, eat pretty good, not perfect but not bad at all, my only weak point is cardio, i hate doing it, i probably do cardio 2-3 times a week for 20 minutes or so each time.
