Need Suggestion on next cycle (deca and Test e again??)
Hey guys. I took some bad advice for my first cycle and it didnt get the results i wanted. I took way too low of dosages to try and keep my body safe and to make sure i wouldnt have a bad reaction to gear.
SOooo what i did was 6 weeks of Deca 300 and Test e...at 1ml deca and 2 of Test E a week to try and double my test so i wouldnt get deca dick or bad side effects...i gained about 12 pounds..probably all water but i loved the energy and strength boost...But now i want to focus on my main goal
GOAL: im 23, 185, 5'10..15%body fat...i know i know..college drinking did me in.... I want to lose ALL of my body fat. I do cardio T/Thr/Sat for an hour on the tread and weight lift on the other days M/W/F....ive been doing this since i started my cycle and ive only dropped from 17% body fat!!! i just cant figure out what im doing wrong so i want gear to help me! i dont except the gear to work itself!
What do you guys suggest for my next cycle? one to help me burn fat, lose my stomach and still gain lots of muscle mass....
WInny?clen ?Clomid? another deca and test with something?
pls no "you dont need gear, diet and exercise" cuz ive been doing it strong and im just having problems losing the weight

im going to be really nice and answer this
no gear
better diet.
once you actually hit your genetic potential and cant make anymore gains..
then you can consider doing gear.
read as much as you can on here. Do not even think about jabbing yourself until you know how each drug reacts. What they do, what they do together, how to counteract sides, many things to consider.
i worked out 11 years natural I got up to 225ish at 8% or so 5'10
before doing roids. Its all about hitting that plateu and then going above and beyond. gear is only to supplement your program.
if you have no program. diet.....training correctly....form of lifting..etc etc etc
gear does nothing.
protein has to be ran imo atleast 1.5 grams per lb of your bodyweight as well
clean foodis best.

Did u do any pct wit ur deca and test e cycle?
If i was u i'd change my workout schedule. Train Mon-Fri. Start off wit a good warm up on the tread, for about 40-45 mins and then lift.
In other words cardio first then weights from Mon-Fri.

is it not true that deca and test cycle build more muscle which in turn increases metablolism, which in turn BURNS MORE FAT.....
i have already read that if you do a T3 cycle, then you have to have gear to go along with it to safeguard the muscle you have...because its just burns everything up...THIS is why im asking for cycle advise...there are many post about people wanting the same thing i am...im not a fat ass..i just have a belly..
im on the protein diet..sorta like adkins...

Diet,cardio = smaller belly.... Im in the same boat bro... mine is shrinking, and playing hockey 3 times a week is definitley helping me lose it... Plus maybe I gave up that ice cold, frosty, refreshing, thirst quenching, satisfying, wonderful tasting beverage of mine called beer....mmmmm.. beeeer
