eq 3 times a week?

Hi guys,

I'm taking 600mg eq/wk with 1.2gr of cyp/wk.

this is my schedule:

mon 400mg cyp + 200mg eq
wed 400mg cyp + 200mg eq
fri 400mg cyp + 200mg eq

My question is, should i rather be doing the eq
twice a week at 300mg (mon & fri). Or is the way
i'm taking it fine.

Also,....i'm about to receive my bottle of letro. I'm
on 10mg nolva ed to keep the bloat down. seems to
be working sort of ok.I'd like to add the letro in when i get
it with the nolva. How quickly will the letro take affect?

It does not matter with the EQ, it is a long ester, so once a week would be fine, what ever suits you best.

To answer your question yes its fine. Most will say twice a week as I would, but 3X a week is just fine. I was doing 750mgs Test and 600mgs EQ and did that EOD. Its all based on preferance.............

If the nolva doing its work & you are satisfied then save the letro if not then try to run 0.25mg of letro with it, dont go over 5mg it will kill your sex drive & dry up your joints.

i'am with jay on this one i was shooting eq EOD on my last cycle no problem just 3x a week if that's what you want to do bro go for it
