Var question

im about to start taking Var next week. Im taking 60mg day for 8 weeks. prob bump it up to 80 a day after a few weeks. But i was going to ask is it better to take them all at once or spread them out throughout the day? The ones i have are 20mg's so what would be best?

split them up. 20am, 20 early afternoon, 20 pm.

I would spread them out.. Reasoning= Keep the levels in your blood even and consistant.. Var gives me high blood pressure like a mofo! and along with that headaches..

Orals active life is very short, to keep levels as stable as possible, take 3x daily.

I've never heard of var giving high bloodpressure before??

Me either. But I do know it messes with your cholesterol, not as bad as some other things, but keep an eye on it if you have heart problems in your family.
