Hey Guys I need some good input on what you guys recommend me starting with. Im 23 years old 185 16% bf and ive been lifting for about 2 1/2 years I go to the gym 4 times consistently a week, and I want to get more cut and defined and look more pumped and solid, I have good size so bulking is not a huge concern but I would like to get a lil bit more size. People have been recommending winny and some eq but Im not sure what to take. I would like a cycle with minimul to NO gyno or aromitization involved, ive done research on winny and it seems to carry a anti estrogen. Your guys input would be greatly appreciated.
