For stripping bodyfat, nothing beats AM cardio on an empty stomach. That and a low fat, high protein diet. Get used to oatmeal (the real kind, not the sugary pre-made stuff), chicken breast, turkey breast (the real stuff, avoid cold cuts), brown rice, veggies, lowfat cottage cheese before bed, etc...
Clen just gives me the shakes and makes me sweat too much without too much fat loss. Tren is a powerful steroid that needs to be used along with Test in a proper cycle, so I'd say forget about that for now.
Cardio and diet. The hardest two parts, but the two that produce the best results!
