Whats up guys. I just started using AR clen and was wondering what the deal was with people recommending benadryl. also I am currently only three days in and 40mcg gets me so ramp up I stutter when I talk.. And even though my hands are shaken and I get that short of breath feeling I'm not getting a rise in temp and my heart rate is still in the high 70 low 80 range at rest should I keep uping the dose. Thanks guys

After a few weeks your beta 2 receptors will close up basically, the benadryl will open them up so that you don't have to stop taking the clen. Also check out this thread for more info. http://forums.steroid.com/showthread...=clen+handbook
