Sus/Deca

Need some help on a cycle of sus250 and deca 300, how much deca and how much sus. should it be shot every 3 days or just every monday and thursday? I keep getting told to many different things figured you guys might be able to help me out a little better

I'v heard to keep your blood levels the same to shoot the sust. eod. I personally have always just used two shots of 250 per wk. and Deca twice a wk. Just keep the testosterone higher than the deca.
