    Cool Returing after sever injury

    I am returing after tearing my shoulder almost completly from my body. Two operations (one on the front part and one on the back part of my shoulder) latter. I am looking for a very modest cycle to help rebuild my entire body. Im 37 Y.O and had been on my third cycle just piror to my injury. I was totaly FUC*** up with my use or i will say abuse of gear. I grew like a beast but things caught with me and today I am wiser and ready to belive what my more expericened bros have to teach me. So what say you to a rehab cycle I am at the end of thearpy and will in about 3 weeks be sent out on my own to recover, no more Doctor or rehab just me and the board.Looking for help

    U shldn't be thinking of gear till u get your workouts back up to speed... the last thing u need coming off a severe injury is the increased strength aas will give u... it will only lead to a re-injury.... get back into the flow of things first... u will be glad u did...

    Yes it was. I went from a bench of 150 lbs to 465 lbs in a year. I tore my arm up with a bench of 405 . i heard a huge pop and the weight came down. I have had my soft palet and throat rebuilt in addition to the shoulder operations.

    ps i was taking tren, EQ, test, dbol ,and A bomb. many many bros said i was insane , i thought " they are just not willing to push it to the limit" I was WRONG and they were RIGHT.
    i have paid and paid dearly for not heading, for not hearing the words of the wise. As i said before, to day i will head the the words of those more wise than I .

    i agree with this but there might be a drug(s) thats perfect for you;
    HGH or IGF-1 these drugs help with the recovery an strength of not only your muscles but also your connective tissue!! Do your homework on how to use these drugs but remember your just trying to recover not jump back in full swing!!! I would give yourself a few years (IMO) till you try pushing your self but even then learn to listen to your body an know when enough is enough! or to heavy is to heavy ect.!! I know its not what you want to hear bro but you played hard now its time to pay. The hardest thing is going back after benching 465 an realizing you cant lift 135 but is all on how you take it ! good luck bro!!
    an p.s. could you pm some of those transformation pics, thanx
