Can you "eyeball" bloat to determine PCT dosing?

I was wondering if you could eyeball the bloat to determine the dose of say, nolvadex pct. If you look wet, for example, you can up it from 40 to 60mgs and see how that looks. I noticed that when I went from 60 to 40 mgs, all of the sudden I look "soggy." I'm concerned that this would indicate too much estrogen and I want to avoid losing mass. So far I lost five of 15 pounds. I also want to add that I'm using nolvadex and Gaspari's novadex extreme (four pills daily).
