Diet is the key, not gear.
Its no shortcut. I bet if you
    posted what you eat, you
    problem will be there. Check
out the diet forum, great resource.

Carido in the AM on an empty
    stomach should be your new
    best friend..IMO

I disagree with the previous post. It is has been proven that if you workout in the morning and do cardio at night you will reap more gains for muscle building but also for cardio as well. Refer to muscle development I think it is the January 2006 issue. Regardless of the studies, make sure you diet. Write down what you eat and you will realize you eat a lot of worthless stuff.

p.s. Take the lift in the a.m, and cardio studies with a grain of salt too, its all about your personal preference. For me, I love lifting after eating a ton like an hour before (10 a.m. is butter for me)

    Good luck,

    GP

p.s. go easy on the caffiene and diet pills. I mean, they work but not if you don't try, you know?
