    clen, eq

    I am trying to lose about twenty pounds and get cut up. Will clen and eq do the job for me. thanks

    not without a proper diet, solid training, etc. diet is key.

    well I will be taking 400 mg of eq a week and a small dose of clen every day

    right now i'm not getting enough carbs in my body. what kind of carbs shouls i eat and should i eat them all in the morning and afternoon

    here's some quick comments for ya...

    1 - no testosterone ? only eq? not a good cycle. if you don't understand that, you definitely haven't done very much reading here.

    2 - what exactly is a "small dose of clen " --

    3 - and we need stats to give you better advice -- age/ht/wt/training experience/cycle experience/anything you might think would help.

    4- how's your diet? no amount of drugs will make up for a piss poor diet. not saying that is you, but i'm just making a point.

    well I am 5'7 195 and have been lifting for about ten years. My genetics are great. I am naturally big and have broad shoulders. Test makes me look to wide and out of proportion with my height. I wanted to cut my extra fat down. My diet right now is eating about 4 ounces of meat, chicken turkey tuna every three hours with a little steam vege and spinach. When i go to the gym i lift for 40 minutes and do cardio for 50 minutes. I think i'm lacking in carbs. I have never been a good dieter.
