    Juice and Creatine?

    People have been telling me juice and creatine is bad and its good together....can someone tell me the real answer...im almost possitive its a bad idea but id like your guys help...thanks!

    I didnt use creatine during my cycle. I dont see the point. But when you come off gear you can start to take creatine again as part of your PCT. It will help maintain gains.

    I use it whilst "on" and during PCT. It may, though, increase water retention whilst "on" and during PCT. It will help attain gains in strenght/mass when run in PCT, good addition IMHO.

    it might increase water retention and also BP (for me atleast)... I run it off cycle..

    Duh OK NEWBIES!!

    Run KRE-ALKALYN ON CYCLE - RAISED PH NO WATER RETENTION.

    Run MONOHYDRATE off cycle for retention.
