What are your stats? Cycle experience, bodyweight, etc.
My guess is nolvadex.
Yes, you could run nolvadex at 20mg ED for 4 weeks. I would probably go with 40mg ED the first two weeks and 20mg ED the last two weeks.
I finished a Phera Plex cycle and that is how I'm running my nolva, right now.

im 6'2 215Lb right now 20 years old. Dont know body fat% I have abs though.
