quick help please

Hey guys
I just got some clenn, its 30ml 200mcg/ml usp. it came with pump on top. I am at work so I cant really look research how much to take but. I thought had it saved but guess not, I want to take it this morning so please help me oput and post fast. I am going to do two weeeks on two off, I also have the l turaien pills, so how many pumps for the first day and how often, thanks guys

my guess is that one pump is 30ml??? right???? so how do i ramp it up and what amount??

start out with 30mcg twice on the first day and increase it according to how you feel/react. Thats 10mcg more per dose than I stareted with but I ve heard of a lot higher. Bro you should take the time to read about this before you take it. It can make you feel strange and could be bad for your heart

so that would be one pump right? I have read up on it I just cant find my message with how much to take, its been a while since I have looked it up. So one pump is 30, and do that twice a day is what you are telling me, then ramp up... Thanks

It should say how much per pump on the bottle.
