proper way to draw up gear

eberytime before im going to inject, when im drawing from the vial into the syringe, i always waste some of the oil, now that im done my first vial i realized i wasted like a whole ml.... just wondering the proper way to do this so i dont waste so much sh*t. thanks

Well if its a 10 cc bottle the best way to do it is to pump a couple cc's of are into vial and hold upside down ,pull back on plunger untill desired amount of juice is in needle. then before you pull the needle out turn the bottle back over to Right side up and pull out needle . You should lose no jucie this way
