Agreed,10%BF at the most before i would recommend Masteron .

yeah i think i made the same mistake im pretty much at 11-12% and have been doing 500mg's of mast for 4 weeks and i think my bodyfat was to high lower u bf if u want to take mast.

i took masteron at about 8% bf and i still think that was to high to get the full benifit out of masteron. But did it work at that bf YES.

True...to really see what masteron does you need to be close to comp condition.Although at 7-8 % I have seen it's effects
