i jus orderd some clen and taurine is this a good diet to stick to while on it also what do people think of cardio with clen ive heard alot of diff things from dont do cardio at all to only walk while on clen....what do u guys think..? heres my diet....
breakfast - cup oatmeal, scoop whey in milk, fruit(bannans)
mid mornin - 3 egg whites piece of whole wheat, fruit(bannans)
lunch - 4oz chicken, veg, cup brown rice
mid afternoon - scoop whey in water, peanut butter
dinner - can tuna in " , veg
before bed - protein, low fat cottage cheese
DURIN THE DAY A GALLON OF WATER!!!
