need Help guy's
hello im a young guy that wanna get into shape im 19 year old and i wonder what should i try (Anabolic Steroids )im new at this and i red some treads and you's seem to relly help people out so i need your help...
i dont want a big body like the body builder or try to be like that but yust want something dicent big huge arm...please help

you are the second person i replied to in the last 2 minutes that is 19 and roughly 130lbs, Steroids is the last thing you need man, you need food and lots of it along with a steady routine for getting up to the gym. It seems more and more people are trying to turn to anabolics for quick results, but at a 130lbs if you just started eating and training properly you will see results just as fast, steroids should only be used once you have hit your genetic limits and at 130lb i hafta believe you haven't even come close to doing that yet

listen to the above!! U can get what u want by proper training and nutrition.. riods arent for u at this stage at least anyway..

Unless your 4ft, 5% I dont condone the use of any AS/ProHormone.
Get a good quality Creatine/Weight Gainer and post your diet int he 'Diet Forum' for critique. AS is not what you need at this time.

cool man you prob have great genetics for body building cause your short every pound of muscle will fill you up big time!
work out for 1 year with 100%dedication and then if you really want research anabolics and then gear up.there is soooo much to learn about diets and training before hand so get reading and learn all that stuff first.
what country are you from(i ask cause your spelling is a bit odd)

Telling this kid "no" is just going to make him want to do it more.
LIsten, if you worked out, you might bulk up easily with some high calorie weight gainer. If you use gear now , you'll regret it, believe me. You'll just waste a lot of $$$ that isn;t easy to come by when you're in college.
SPend your money in the caf, at GNC, and spend your time in the weight room.
Gear is for those who have previously established a hardcore workout routine for years before using. Harden yourself up and eat before you think about it. You're just going to F*** yourself up if you start shooting shit and popping liver destroying orals with your once-a-week workout routine.

I really think all this has something to do with that Real Life "Im on Steroids " deal.. haha.. If you weight 130,140,150,160,170,180 Lbs or so .. and your wanting to get big.. EAT!
to be 100% honest.. I had this same problem 2 years ago.. Traveled for work.. But quit.. been home for little over 1 week.. Changed my diet and ive already put on 10 lbs! 10lbs!! Eat Right, Lift hard.. wait to use aas
