A Cycle of winny only?/first Cycle

Hey I just wanted to know what I should expect. I have a good diet. I am 24 years old at 6'2" 225. I am looking to bulk a little bit and cut like a mad man. I lift every day are run 5 mi. a day. Any input would be great. THANKS GUYS

Seems like you need to get in the workout/diet forum rather than the aas forum. Working out and running 5 miles everyday? When you expect to heal?

sorry wrong wording I don't do them both on the same days I alternate. I just want to know what a cycle of winny alone would do for me. But thanks for your input I do apreciate it.

Most of the forums talk about taking other s*** with winny but I got a few buddys that jus took winny alone and got pretty big .

Winny isn't a mass builder, like say testosterone. Bulking includes gaining fat, so it's impossible to bulk and cut at the same time, you see why the bros said you need to do some reading in the diet forum.
