    Laggin Behind

Hey what can you do to even out your biceps if one is laggin behind while on some gear? My one is about a 1/2 smaller then the other one. Both still grow but not evenly?

i had a bad neck injury in jan of 99 and my arms were 19" area. my right arm due to nerve injury went to 15" within 3 months. needless to say i let my left arm drop as not to look stupid. after about a year i was training again(did some lifting that year just no bi s and some other exercises) and my right arm was really lagging. so what i did is every time i did biceps i would do 1 or 2 extra reps per set for that arm squeezing at the top and it worked. my arms are even and back up to over 19" it took awhile but really worked. you would not have as long or as much problem because no nerve damage or injury so it should work for you
