    Winstrol Cycle

    I know I'm going to get flamed for asking about a Winny only cycle, but its all I've got. I have a clean diet, and I eat around 120-150g of protein each day, and shove down all the clean food I can, but honestly at 165lbs, and 6' tall is a shitload for me. I've been working out for a while now (appx 2 years) And have put on 20lbs or so since i've begun, but am finally peaking i think at a point that I want to get over. I have 1500mg of Winny and was wondering if running 50mg/ed on winny would help me put on a few more lbs. What can I expect from the winny only route?

    yeah it would help especially if ur lean not much for bulking but will put on a few lbs and make u look harder for sure...
    25mg morning and 25 pre workout (8hrs later) is what i would do.. run it for about 6 weeks

    I think you need to eat, 120g-150g of protein is nothing that is two meals for me, double that nuber at least.

    Also dont worry about eating so clean what you need is calories.

    Agreed, 6ft tall eating 120-150grams of pro a day? Thats nothing, no wonder why your skinny you don't eat enough to be big.

    I just started a winni only cycle yesterday, so i cant really tell you yet, but i was wondering i shoot 50mg eod,,is it better to brake it into 25mg ed becuase of the half life?? it will be a bitch becuase i use zambons

    I wldn't do a winny only cycle... but if I did I wldn't shoot it.. I wld drink it...
    I will be running winny next cycle at 150mg ed stacked with prop/eq/masteron.... and I will be drinking the winny and shooting the rest....

    About ten years ago, a "friend" of mine did a cycle of winny only, when that was all he could get his hands on. My "friend" saw some minimal size gains, and did gain noticable additional strength. Lost the additional strength shortly after cycle, and what little size had been gained dissapeared over time also. No keepable gains. IMO

    IM very lean already at around 7% body fat but i want to harden up and see how lean i could possibly get,, So 50eod?? or25ed?

    I wld go with the ed... but honestly u need more winny because 25ed is pretty low..... 50ed wld be better....

    I'm doing 50eod only because I have a minimal amount right now, and its my first real cycle and am trying to get a feel for what it will do to my body before I really stack anything.

    And are you adjusting your diet at all, if not you are wasting your time.

    I'm going to try and bump protein up to 180-210g/day which is about 75 more than i do right now, and just see how that goes. If not seeing results after 2 weeks or so I'm adjust proteins/calories as needed.

    This is not a real cycle, IMO. you should wait till you get your hands on more so you can run it properly and also get your hands on some test. it is not going to kill you to wait another month or two, plus that will give you time to get your diet straight. you diet is really what appears to be holding you back, like jmartini said, i eat that much protein in two meals and thats before like 9am.

    I also think winny only cycles are not that bad, dont get me wrong i would never do it i would add test prop and try and lean up and look harder that way. but if winny only is all you can get then i am ok with it, but i dont like it when people dont have enough to do it right so they just kinda throw something together and then wonder why there results are not what they expect,

    Take your time, get the proper amounts of everything and get your diet figured out, go check the diet forum and you'll get some really good advice.

    winny alone is not as bad as deca alone its a good cycle 2 go with but it gives minimal gains as i`ve seen alote of my friends did it with no sides at all but u should know that diet is the master key for gaining mass or lossing fat

    I gained 4kg in 3 weeks on Winnie- Not much size gains- just dense muscle and great strenth gains(i can punch holes in the bag)- but beare my hammies tightenned up like a piano string. As a result i did wnat any martial artist would do- stretch them and a s a result i got huge bruises on one hamstring- be careful

    winny only not my idea of a cycle,imo you should wait till youve got more money and get some test!personally i would not run winny without test but it can be done,eod will not cut it you need 50mg ed,you may lose your libido as winny will suppress your natty test!get some proviron and run at 25-50mg ed,this will help with any libido probs.

    like i said abouv i do not advocate winny without test,and esp not for a 1st cycle.

    you will get better gains by doubling your protien than you will keeping it the same as it is and adding the winstrol.thats very little protien,if you cant chew and swallow all your meat grind it in a blender and drink it,disgusting?yes but it needs to be done to make gains!your not peaking your just not gaining due to lack of protien!

    obviously the guy doesnt have access to more guys...
    Im 24 also bro. ran winny only before. gained a few pounds and looked like a brickhouse. they speak the truth, not really a hugely effective cycle, but its an alright starter. it'll at least bring out your inner love for the juice!
