    Juicing and manual labor

i am thining about moving down to Chicago this summer to take a job as a union loborer for a large construction company, I will be working about 70 hours a week at least 6 days a week, i should be able to make around 25,000 for the summer and then be able to pay off my student loans and finish school with no debt so it really would be worth it for me, but i have beeen deiting for aound 14 weeks and plan to keep dieting till semester iss over then i was planning on running a cutting cycle as sson as my bf is down to 10%, But with all the manual labor I know my workouts would be not as intensive as i would like them to be, I would also be staying with m y dad so i dont want any cahnce of him catching me with needles, would it be ok for me to just run a var cycle to keep most of the mass, iwill be able to lift a little bit and i am sur 10 hours of concrete laboring would be sufficient cardio, what do you guys think should i hold off or can i try the var only?

I'll bump this 4 U on the Var..

If it were me, I woud wait until
    after.I wouldnt have the energy
    to workout afterwards...let alone
try to keep the diet in check..DAILY.
Thats stressful work bro, esp. 70 hrs.
I laid block back in the day...and
all I did was sleep afterwork, had no
    energy for a hardcore workout.
Then your adding in the dad issue..
    sounds risky to me.

    just my 2cc's worth

I dont know what your situation is.. but I think u'd have to shelf your diet bro.
I'm guessing you're a big strong mofo, and i'd be more concerned if i were you, with keeping your hard worked gains over the years.. to protect them i would actually look at increasing the calories.. to give u the energy (sugar, whatever) to get you thru the day etc..

Tat is my main concern during working sll the hours is not only to keep the diet in check as mcuh as possible id to maintian as much muscle mass as possible, Iam currently 6"5" around 270-275 about 12-14% bfso i would hope to lean down a little while working so much but noe lose all the muscle mass, so i was thinkg that the var would help wit hsome of this

i'm a union pipefitter, i weld and am around big stainless steel pipe all day some of it weighs up to 50lbs a foot and the come in 20 fott lengths, but i have always been able to keep my diet and training up to par even when working overtime, a couple tips...

Prepare your meals 4 days in advance

shakes are a great resource, use it brin g a cooler

i use an eca stackes a day to keep energy up

working 70 hours a week you should have a couple breaks in your day (at least 3) even if one is only 15 mins slam down a shake and keep your carbs moderate to high

im part owner of a mason company and before i started bossing people around i was the hardest worker on that crew summers when it gets to be around 105 degrees and your on the jackhammer ...prepare to lose massive water and weight. the one summer before i started i ever started juicing i lost so much weight, and we only get a 20 min break all day, i got down to 137..sick. It does take some out of you when u go to the gym but once i take like a speed stack or something else or even pop an ephera all i can think about is how much harder i have to work in the gym because of the job. If you were you and you plan on working in the summer i would do a cutter because i just cant see myself my body all hot and semi bloated with a bulker.

planned on running a cutter but no needles are out of the question as i stated i would not want to disrespect my father by bringing the needles into his house, so the best oral i can think of is var, and maybe throw sum t3 in there for 6-8 weeks, was thinkin about running var for 12 weeks at 80 mgs ed

I hate plugging.. but.. dood needs to maybe invest in ABB XXL.. drink 2 of those during the workday... They're easily portable since its basically a water bottle.. so should be ok to lug around.
Its pure sugar with protein for the most part.. so should buy a ton of Listerine Strips or toothbrushes cause he's teeth would be fallin off by the end of summer.

Its a tough one to call. 70 hours a week. If your doing this for a few months I wouldnt train at all. Stop training..............if you did train in the gym + 70 hours manual laobour you wud be overtraining probably.

To hold on to your mass just take in lots of calories. You could even run some test at low dose to help maintain gains. Can you squeeze in one shot of enanthate a week? Just to maintain gains............?

When you finish this job and you have paid off all your debts you can then give 100% to your bodybuilding again. And when you are ready you can do a mega bulker.

If it was me I wouldnt train whilst doing this job...............70 hours a week I dont think id even have any energy at the gym to train intensely.

yes iam not sure if i will have any intensity to train at the gym, but i was figuring maybe just some wieghts for like 30 min 4 days a week i would be able to push myself, do you guys think all the labor would help in the loss of body fat or would i be just losing muscle mass, i also plan on taking lots of glutamine throughout the day

I think 4 days a week for 30 minutes a time at moderate intensity would be fine..........but I wouldnt advise pushing sets to failure.

If you eat the right foods and the right amounts you can actually trick your body into using fat as the number 1 source of energy. Carb cycling could help here but I dont want to complicate matters.

The advise I will give is to keep calories up. Protein being the most important and a high protein diet will spare muscle tissue. Dont worry too much about the glutamine..........it will help but your far better off taking in over 400g of protein a day at your bodyweight.

Can I ask again what your goals are..................you said you wanted to cut up whilst doing this job............

    Hellooo, pay attention here.

No gym, work your ass of at work, then go home and eat and sleep, no drinking. You will be ripped to shreds by the end of summer. Here's some tips from a guy who did that job for years. Bring a gallon jug of water with you to work every day, drink the whole thing in the morning, and another one or almost in the afternoon. Supplement Taurine and potassium (bananas, 2 or 3 a day but not all at once) Eat a good breakfast oats, fruit, shake before work. Keep a tub of protein powder in your vehicle or premeasure 2 scoops in a baggie for an easy dump into your shake container. Ease up on the bars, use them only when needed. Go to Costco and stock up on fruits like blueberries, melons (cut them up into a container and take to work) and Almonds plus chicken, grill up a bunch and take that to work with in your cooler, chicken sand is easy, 1 whole breast, whole wheat bread, lettuce, mustard. Don't eat anything off of the roach coach.

Now, if you want to stay anabolic, skip the T3 and Var, try tbol (OT) 40 mg/d ought to keep you in the positive zone. Better still would be the enth shot on Saturdays.

Have a great summer, save every dollar you can. Respect your dad. Respect yourself. Savor the experience of the labor as the lesson that it is. Don't get yourself into situations that might cause you injury, if you are unsure, ask someone to show you how.

If you have worked hard and kept your diet clean this summer, you should be totally freaking shredded (and tan) by the end of it. You should also be disciplined enough to take on the worlds challenges. If you slack off on the job or your diet, don't expect to be at the same place as if you tried your best.

Thanks for the feedback, My first gaol would be to make as much money as possible but my second would be to stay as lean as possible or lean out even more, Ihave all the mass that iam interested in arrying for the summer, but wanted to do a light cycle to keep all tha gains i have made over the year, I am sure I can get by with not taking a cycle i just dont want to get back to school in the fall and have lost 30 lbs and look flat, you think the test e would help in keeping most of the lean mass on? Imain gola would be to lose additional BF and and second would be to keep as much mass as possible

Here's what I'm saying. Eat right, don't fvck around drinking and staying up late, work hard, drink enough water and you will shread up. If you feel the need to supplement something I like tbol 1st and enan 2nd.
