    All Pain Not Much Gain

    I started my first cycle on jan 31. I'm on week 5 just took my 2nd shot for this week And haven't seen nothing special no strength gain and only a little weight gain of 7lbs. Could anybody tell me what is going wrong. I read so much of people gaing so much strength and size but don't know what is happening.
    My stats currently 5"10 172lbs age 18
    Here's what I'm running
    QV deca 300mg
    wk 1-3 300mg
    wk 4 400mg
    Wk5 600mg
    wk 6 400mg
    Wk 7-8 300mg

    QV 4 Test 250mg
    Wk 1-3 250mg
    Wk 4-5 500mg
    Wk 6-8 250mg

    Dbol 25mg
    Wk 1 25mg/ ed
    Wk 2-4 50mg/ ed
    Wk 5 25mg/ ed
    Have nolv and clomid on hand

    First Bro too young. Second the doses should be the same throughout out the whole cycle. Third whats your diet? whats your weight training look like? Anyways you are too young bro you should have waited...

    I was told that the doses should be pyramid. My training is like this
    Mon chest biceps
    Flat db press 4 sets 6
    Incline db press 3 sets 7
    Vertical machine press 2 sets 8
    Shoulder wide grip curl 3 sets 6
    Preacher curls 2 sets 8
    Db curls 2 sets 10
    Tues shoulders triceps
    Shoulder press 4 sets 6
    Arnold db press 3 sets 7
    Shrugs 3 sets 8
    Wed abs
    Thurs back forarms
    Front lat pulld down 4 sets 6
    Rows 3 sets 7
    Reverse barbell curls 3 sets 7
    Palms down wrist curls
    Fri sat sun off days
    Injections on sun and tue
    Don't really drink that much water
    Diet is something like this
    Meal 1 eggs and pancakes
    Meal 2 2 cheeseburgers
    Meal 3 protein shake
    Meal 4 chicken
    Meal 5 dinner ??
    Meal 6 poptarts
    Meal 7 protein shake

    Everything is laking Diet and Weight Training. You should read the thread about diet and training first before going into the AAS.

    If you would have done some research first, you would have learnt not to run deca on your first cycle...And your having pancakes for breakfast? and was your meal #2 a couple cheeseburgers? then some Poptarts?
    did you even glance at the diet forum?

    Cheeseburgers? Poptarts? I am a heavy guy and I was scared about my Cholesterol levels before hoping on, I don't ingest close to the RDI on cholesterol mg. I would suggest you get your diet down before you go on cause Cheeseburgers and poptarts will not make for great gains. I'm a powerlifter/strongman and even I eat cleaner than that.
    Clean up man, everything.... Brown Rice, Oats, Egg whites, Whey/Casein Protein.

    18 Years Old? You shouldn't even be on bro, but if you are and arent getting good gains, look at your diet most definately.

    Waht is happening is that you are using AAS but do not seem to have a clue how to eat or train properly, thats why your gains are rubbish, youn could have gained 10 pounds by now without AAS and a good diet, steroids are not a majic potion.

    you need to eat much more man,eat all day as much as you can aim for at least over 5000cal.
    you need to drop the exersises such wrist curls and replace with non machine compound movements such as deadlifts,squats,bench i would train 4 times a week BUT when you do train train very hard for about 90 min at most but give it all youve got!
    day1 squats leg curls calve raises
    day 2 bench press incline db press standing barbell curls hammer curls
    day 3chins deadlifts rows rear lateral raises shrugs
    day4 millatary press side laterals narrow bench skull crushers
    keep it basic and very heavy in the 6-10range.
    i wouldnt pyramid it just seems dumb cause you will get nasty side effects from the varying blood levels.i wouldnt have used the deca and i wouldnt have that high doses of it 50mg dbol?!thats just ridiculas at your weight!i weigh 230lb at 5ft8 and i have done 25mg once and that was plenty to see great results!i think you were too young too start cause 18is pretty you and you dont seem to have your diet and training inline!
    eat 600cal 8 times a day as a base line and swap to compounds and you will gain big time.your current diet is what i would throw in ON TOP of my normal diet if i get the urge come on poptarts as a meal?!

    7 lbs is good considering how shit your diet is. bro if you wanna grow use a blender and throw oats , weet bix in it . just to get the extra cals up i eat 1 kg of rolled oats as 3 out of my 8 meals per day split up between breakfast , snack and before bed.
    eat more and at least you know about nolva but how did you come up some such a shit cycle.

    hey yom,you eat a kg of oats in one day?!how the **** do you absorb that?you must be on the toliet all day or may be not,it just sounds like a hell of alot of oats thats all!

    Please go back to the gym for at least 5 more years before you start juice. I had 10 years of training under my belt before I seriously considered taking my training to the "next level".
