Need some advise

I am planning on doinga 10wk cycle of sus 250 and deca 300. I need some advise how i should go forward with this. How many mg per week of each. Thanks for any help

Is this your first cycle?

The Sus should be run EOD to take advantage of the fast acting ester attached to it.

The Deca you may want to hold off on for you first go but if you insist on taking it run it at 400mgs.

Make sure your PCT and diet is in check and you will be all good.
