Deca/sust/d-bol ?

IM JUST STARTING MY SECOND COURSE OF GEAR WHICH WILL BE

400mg DECA/500mg SUST WK FOR 8 WKS BUT I HAVE 200 D/BOL SITTING AROUND DOING NOTHING SHALL I BUNG THESE IN AND AT WHAT DOSSAGE SHALL I POP EM

I,m doing this as my first cycle and had exactly the same gear

I ran the d-bol at 20mg 1st week
weeks 2-5 at 30mg

Split the 500mg and 400mg into 2 equal doses

You obviously have Nolvadex,Clomid as well

I,ve had good results so far (See results in Members Cycle Results and "Billy,s Cycle")

Nearly forgot make sure you take Milk Thistle I,m taking 800mg a day and it appears to be OK

IMO run the cycle for ten weeks.

Why 10 weeks Big Al ?

The more I read the more it seems better to run the Deca for 8wks and the Sust for 10wks.

You only run the Nolva IF you get symptoms of gyno and the Clomid should be run approx 2-3 weeks after your last injection.
Day1 300mg
Week 1 150mg ed
Week 2 100mg ed
Week 3 50mg ed
This helps to raise natural test levels and helps to keep some of the gains.

Will I perfered 10 weeks, my thinking here is that the Sus doesn't really kick into week five so you effectively only have 3 weeks at maximum blood plasma levels, but I agree stopping the Deca at 8 isn't a bad idea, you could also switch to a shorter acting ester weeks 8-10.

Anyway your gonna get great gains whatever you choose.

I like to run 10-12 weeks for a cycle
I would run the dbal the first five weeks at 50mg per day

About Sust & deca....

I don't know about the 10 weeks sust and only 8 weeks deca. I know that deca has one of the longest half lives on any gear- but I think the decanoate ester in the sust is pretty much the same shit. In terms of half life anyways.

So yeah, if you were doing enth/deca then I'd say go for 10 weeks enth/ and 8 weeks deca. but with sust/deca- I'd guess that 10 weeks of both is the way to go. Then the sust and deca should taper off at approx the same rates.
