    Injection Help

    ive been doing 500mg of test and 400 mg of deca every week only for two weeks now... my legs are getting really sore.. likethe first time i injected they were only sore for a day then went away... but its been a full three days, and i inject again tomorrow... but my legs are still on the verg of death, ahaha... i was supposed to do legs today but i was too sore...im gonna get my older bro to show my the proper spot in the ass so i dont hit my nerve. should i throw my needle somewhere else or will i be ok to shoot in the legs a few more time?

    every monday im shooting 2ml of test ( alternating legs)
    then every thursday 2ml of test in one leg, and 1ml of deca in the other...

    HELP PLEAS!!!

    I would definitely rotate more sites. Glutes are very easy, as long as you shoot in the upper outer quadrant you should be fine as far as hitting nerves. Wy not do a delt shot, super easy as well, even bi's and cest...althought people are usually scared of those two they are extremely and i mean extremely easy since they are right there in front of you, just like doing quads, easier than glutes and delts for me at least. I will post a pic I have posted b4 to show you the proper area to shoot glutes. But definitely rotate between more sites man, I mean think about it, you already admitted you missed a completely leg workout, why would you want to compromise workouts?

    k thanks man.. ALOT, altough im still gonna wait for my bro for glutes... if i do my shoulders tho wont they be super sore and i wont be able to work out to... same thing..???

    when in ur shoulder do u throw it dead center 90 degress in? or do u kinda angle it towards the back??

    You should rotate around, I think you will find that if you do the glutes it wont hurt at all.

    Dont do bi's and chest, they hurt. Stick to delts and glutes for easiest and least amount of pain.

    I go straight into my shoulder, measure down about three fingers from the top of it and go right in. Your doing 2ml of test Mon and 2ml of test Thur and it is 500mg total/week? What type of test is it and how many mgs per ml?

    Yeah, glutes don;t hurt at all and they absorb well, but they're hard to reach and aspirate by yourself. Have you bro do your glutes, but do your delts yourself, I've seen people hit the front of the delts, so it's not like you have to reach 90 degrees around your shoulder.

    agreed, first time i did chest i kinda freaked out, but after that it was a breeze

    joeben22 i need your help do u wanna give me your email... or email me at [email protected].... i have this quality-vet test enthate, and everything is is spanish, so i dont even know how many mg per ml, my bro told me to do this much but i just wanna be sure.... ne thoughts?

    I havent tried delts yet, but I think I will tomorrow. My quads are sore and I don;t like shooting blindly with one hand in my glute.

    delts seem almost easier to me then glutes... just have to stay under 2.5cc.. IMO

    Do you hit the front of the delt? I only have 1.5" needles left (waiting on more 1"), so I'm only going to go about 1 inche deep.

    How sore do your delts get in comparrison to quads?

    My Tetnis (sp?) shot felt like someone hit me in the shoulder with a sledge hammer a few years ago.

    In my experience larger muscles dont get quite as sore as smaller ones seem too. Then again if you are shooting delts for the first time it will be sore because its a virgin muscle. And as for where exactly to hit the delts I would say middle delt not anterior or posterior. Just go right in from the side about an ince and you will be good.

    Man my glutes are so freakin sore i can barely walk. Seriously walking around like i just got out of prison.

    Did my first shots & got test flu, was real sick for about 3 days then got better & when i did my second shot i must of hit a vain in my right glute cos damn was it sore.

    That was thursday night, it's now saturday & my right glute is still mega sore, gotta inject again tonight but don't really know where.

    I was going to get my friend to do my left glute, my question is however.

    Can i shoot 150 mls of Test prop & 100 mls of Mast both into my left glute? Or will it be too much for one muscle to handle?
