Need a stack for Football season
I need a stack for football season, but don't know how to go about it. I'm 29 and going for a position on a semi pro team. What would last me all season with out putting my health at risk. Also anyone know of any training tricks to get me ready for camp?

Thanks for the Reponses. I'm going for a LB or SS, Would like to improve on my speed and bench. Also “UA” is a nick name I added the Mr. for kicks. Any help is great, new to a training specific schedule

How big are you now? I'm also an over-the-hill ex linebacker/rover. I've always wanted to play again too. Many props for going for it.

I Cant get to PM section yet, New member. At this time I'm a short 5'10 about 210 - 215. WOuld is be wise to start with an oral before tryouts. I Would like to check out Static workout Maxima5.

Here, I just copied and pasted the workout below. Pretty basic.
I would run Test/Deca or EQ/ and Var. You may want to just do Test and Var to keep it simple.
Static Training Workout

Okay, Here's a 2 workout rotation to put on mass and gain strength fast.
Take at least one day off in between workouts, at least 2 if you are only using Anavar and no other AAS. I know, it's hard to stay out of the gym, but a day of rest is more important than a hard workout sometimes, especially when de****g with high intensity weight. Overtraining is the main reason athletes stop making gains.
SCT = Static Contraction Training. This means hold the weight at the peak of the range of motion and hold.
PFT = Power Factor Training. This means you set the guard on the smith machine to stop the weight before you drop below the top 1/4 or 1/3 of the range of motion. This training involves reps up to 6 or 7 with high weight, but not as high as SCT.
REG = Standard full range of motion reps

SCT
Shoulder Press (Smith machine) add weight each set, no matter what
Max + 20% _______ x 8 seconds

Biceps (seated on flat bench)
Hold the bar in your lap, grip shoulder width. Curl weight to 90 deg and hold add weight each set
Max + 20 % ______ x 7 seconds

SHRUGS - Smith Machine
I suggest invensting in some straps, or lifting hooks.
Max + 20 % ________ x 7 seconds
add weight _________x 7 seconds
add wght. ________ x 5 seconds
CLOSE GRIP BENCH (Smith Machine)
Max + 20% _______ x 7 seconds
add wght _________ x 5 seconds
add wght __________x 5 seconds
REGULAR REPS
PREACHER CURL - 3 sets of 5-7 reps
SKULL CRUSHERS 3 sets of 5-7 reps
WORKOUT B
SCT Static
BENCH PRESS SMITH MACHINE
Max + 20 % _______ x 7 seconds
add weight ________ x 5 seconds
add weight ________ x 5 seconds
TOE PRESS on Leg Press extend cavs and hold
Max + 20 % _______ x 10 seconds
add weight ________ x 7 seconds
add weight ________ x 5 seconds
add weight________ x 4-5 seconds
LAT PULL DOWN pull down as close to 90 degrees as you can get and hold
Max Weight + 10% _____x 7 seconds
add weight _________ x 7 seconds
add weight ________ x 5 seconds
PFT TRAINING
Remember, these are 1/4 range of motion reps with high weight
BENCH PRESS
Max + 20 % _______ x 10 reps
add weight ________ x 7 reps
add weight ________ x 5 reps
LEG PRESS
Static is out of the question due to weight limitations at most gyms. PFT will stress your quads without making your ass huge or stressing your knees. Press weight off guard, but leave guard in place. lower weight until it touches guard, then back up.
Max + 20 % _______ x 10 reps
add weight ________ x 7 reps
add weight ________ x 5 reps

How many reps are done on a the SCT days, only 3?

SCT means no reps, just a static hold at the peak of the motion.
3 sets. 4 sets if you think you have energy left. You'll feel like you should keep lifting after the first session, but if you're doing the right weight and adding weight after each set, you'll be sore as hell the next day. Here's some reading.

i've done alot of the static training..
The problem with recommending a stack for ya..
you qualified it with "not putting my health at risk"
steroids is not the way to go..
If this is your 1st cycle.. i would do 500mg test e and 300mg deca , it will make you slower because of the extra water.. hmmm
how about 500mg test e
400mg eq
60mg var 1-4
60mg tbol 5-8
But lets talk more about the eating routine you will be following..The answer to your every question

before i give some advice what are tour stats and cycle experience?
as soon as i get that covered i can help bc i play ball currently and can help with a routine and speed workout as well.

I'm running a similar cycle to the one you recommended.
750 mg test c 1-12
600 mg EQ 1-11
Anavar - 60 mg ED 1-8
My question is in regard to how Anavar can best be used in my case, and possibly in Mr UA.
Some people use it at the front of the cycle, and others have told me I shold save it and use it at the end, i/e weeks 7-14
ANy thoughts?
