much research needed. welcome aboard but before you take anything especially just deca do your homework. test is pretty much the only base for a cycle.. then you can add deca and or others.

Yeah bro, Deca is harsh for a 1st cycle. There's a good thread at the top of the board that has about 5 or 6options for your 1st cycle, including Post Cycle Therapy .

I think before you start planning a cycle.. you need to think about your goals.. and take it from there.. What are you looking to do.. and what are your stats.. bf%?

Test Enanthate at 500 mg/wk with proper pct/anti-estrogens is a great first cycle. Do some research lots of useful info available here.

This is the question that needs to be answered. No need listing cycling advice when one may not be necessary.............

I would also add that although you haven't posted you bf% I am assuming it is high at 325 lbs, and yes I know you are 6'4" but I still say that. If I am mistaken I am sorry. But I would suggest for your own benefit that you get your bf% down before you do a cycle. It will be easier on your heart/cholesterol etc. and not to mention you will be able to physically see more results.

    Yes sir.

Whats your goals? Lineman, strongman competitor? Like others have said, if your looking to look good rather than being strong and big for a certain reason, you should lose quite a bit of Bf before starting.
