    Need Help!!

First of all this is an awesome site! Of course I am one of the dreaded newbies, but I hope to get past that! I had a friend turn me on to a sample and I am now on a mission and am glad I ran across this site. I do not know that much about this but I have been doing a lot of reading and Ive learned quite a bit as well as being driven in circles which can get pretty frustrating Im sure most of you are aware of when you first got into this. I hope this site helps me and any tips would be awesome!

from what Ive read so far my best bet is to just be patient to find my answer! After reading for several hours being new really sucks and I hope to make my way to being a "vet" as soon as possible!!

Pretty much!! Just a little about me, I am 6"0 170lbs. I am at that point after 4 months of solid working out and an excellent diet that I just cant get past. My friend that turned me on was actually a coworker, who happened to have a few samples of something for me to try that might help, and it helped me start past that point but not enough to do a whole lot,,,now he doesnt work for my company anymore and I cant find him for nothing,,so Im kind of lost!!

4 months of lifting all together?
Honestly, many find that there diets and workout routines are not even close to excellent after many , MANY years! I'm sure if you researched more in the diet and workout forum you will find this true yourself.

I guess I worded that wrong. I have been "working out" for about 8 years now. I have always been in very good shape and taken care of myself, but for the last 4 months I have been VERY strict on my diet, as well as being in the gym at least once a day, as to normally I would go 3-4 times a week and be more forgiving on my diet.

Whats your goals to bulk up? If your diet is not helping you as much as you would like or if your curious, look around the diet forum. Same goes with the workout forum, many good mass routines have been covered in there, but it all goes down to what you respond to, not anyone else.
    Goodluck

If you have been on a bulking diet for 4 months and are 6ft 170, it might not be as good of a diet as you think.
