Need Help!!
First of all this is an awesome site! Of course I am one of the dreaded newbies, but I hope to get past that! I had a friend turn me on to a sample and I am now on a mission and am glad I ran across this site. I do not know that much about this but I have been doing a lot of reading and Ive learned quite a bit as well as being driven in circles which can get pretty frustrating Im sure most of you are aware of when you first got into this. I hope this site helps me and any tips would be awesome!

from what Ive read so far my best bet is to just be patient to find my answer! After reading for several hours being new really sucks and I hope to make my way to being a "vet" as soon as possible!!

Honestly, many find that there diets and workout routines are not even close to excellent after many , MANY years! I'm sure if you researched more in the diet and workout forum you will find this true yourself.

Whats your goals to bulk up? If your diet is not helping you as much as you would like or if your curious, look around the diet forum. Same goes with the workout forum, many good mass routines have been covered in there, but it all goes down to what you respond to, not anyone else.
Goodluck

If you have been on a bulking diet for 4 months and are 6ft 170, it might not be as good of a diet as you think.
