    Sust250-results common?

    Im entering my 7th week of sustanon, first 3 weeks i ran 750mg/week and since then ive been running 500mg/week with eod shots. Ive gained 20lbs from the start of my cycle which i think is nice, strength increase is f***ing insane and i love it. But the only problem is, i dont know where all of this weight is going, everyone i know is asking me if i juiced it and say ive gotten a hell of a lot bigger real fast but should i expect more results as far as size increase? I eat a ton of food and workout properly and consistently with intense workouts. Im running this cycle for 12 weeks. so i have 5 weeks left ...basically what im asking is; is there more to come?

    20 lbs for 7 weeks? pretty decent if you ask me..
    I would think it wouldnt go too too much higher. Then again we are all different, and I dont know what your diet is like.....

    Yea its a nice gain but its weird, like i cant tell im getting bigger yet everyone around me can. all I notice is the weight gain on a scale and the strength increase. Calorie intake per day im not sure to the precise amount, but it exceeds 2500 without a doubt, as far as protein intake per day i would estimate somewhere around 1500-2000g, depending on my mood.

    lol im not sure really, i dont count i just read the nutrition facts n if the fat is low n the protein is high its in my belly.

    im the exaxt same way i started my first cycle ever and im on sustane 250 and i have gained 20 lbs in 7 weeks also......but now im runing winny with it and im seeing how that goes....i got the big look from what everyone has been telling me ......but i really what the cut like a mother (#@! look so thats why i just added my winstrol to the process.......if you guys have any suggestions on how this should all work let me know because im knew to all of this im going off of what someone told me to do....i just want that real cut look

    Jeez bro, that's insane. Im assuming you meant 1500 - 2000 cal from protein?
    1500 - 2000g protein would mean close to 8000cal a day purely from protein, and you would be shitting wheel barrow loads every day. Lol

    exceeds 2500 calories without a doubt.. u r lucky u can grow with that.. I cant even cut with that little.. If he said he exceeds 2500 kcal a day and get 1500-2000 of it from protein - thats a pretty messed up diet.. that is if he doesnt eat 2000 g's of protein a day...that would be a pretty manly amount I say.

    Trendkill, you should continue to gain through to about week 10, and then it may taper off (in my experience). Some of the big feeling will drop off in the following weeks, but its difficult for you to notice it as you grow because i would hazard a guess your lookinng at yoursel fin the mirror everyday - so small changes are hard to notice. Maybe do some week by week photos to help with comparisons?

    lol yea im retarded, i just ate lunch and i actually counted and that was 347g of protein and 1570 calories. but yea lol i am looking at myself in the mirror everyday so maybe thats why its hard to notice. ill find a before cycle picture and take one of me today and see if i can tell.

    ya just the sust, i front loaded it with 40mg of dbol/day for 3 weeks tho

    I just started sust 250 and deca on tuesday. My first cycle. it is nice to hear that you gained 20lbs so fast... My bro said to cycle in winnie on week 8 or so, what does anyone know about that?

    I had similar gains with my sust cycle. 525mg/week shooting 3 times a week. I was also running deca 300 at 400mg/week, mixing it with my sust. My hunger was outrageous. Starting stats were 6'2" 215lbs. Lifting for 4 years consistantly. End of week 7 I was at 246 lbs. added 50 pounds to my bench, 1.5 inches to my biceps, etc. Stopped at the end of week seven because of illness. I'm down to 229 now, so I'm pretty happy with what I was able to keep. Kept most of the strength gains, just can't rep things out like before. I say you're doing pretty good bro. Don't be dumb like me and cut it short. I think you'll love the results.
