Hey guys i am 22 am 5'11" and weigh 221 at 11%bf currently and have 5 years of traing experience and probably 4 years at least of proper diet i eat every 2 to 3 hours and very clean, with at least twice my bodyweight taken in in protein each day somewhat varying whenever i am cutting or bulking but pretty steady, i know i have not yet reached my natural potential,but i know i could go longer without cycling but i have made my mind up as i really need to start making even better showings at my bb competions. and i know some of you dont like winstrol but im going with it anyways and have spent the last 6 months doing research on this cycle so pleas tell me if it is good for a first one and everything is correct cause i really wanna do it right....and im still kinda unsure if i have to only do one injection of test E of 500mg everyweek or it should be split up into 250mg every 3.5 days????.....![]()

WEEKS 6-12 1.)50 mg of Winstrol Oral every day

WEEK 15-40mg of Nolva everyday,100mg of Clomid
WEEK 16-30mg if Nolva, 75 mg of Clomid
WEEK 17-30mg if Nolva, 50 mg of Clomid
The whole cycle i will be cleanly bulking with the proper supps such as milk thistle and others cause i know that winny is very toxic... plus my other supps such as flax ,arigine, and zma. Thanks guys for any help you offer it is greatly appreciated for helping a noob....Thanks
