YES bro last 2 weeks i've changed my routine to a 3 day all body workout split...this is because i'll be training for MMA (wrestling mainly) and i dont want to overtrain and lose muscle, also i've upped my calories right when i started pct and before that i was cutting up a little...i ended my cycle with winny tabs 50 mg per day and it was a sust eq cycle... my pct started with 5000 IU of hcg the last week of winstrol and then clomid at 100mg for 10 days then 50 mg for 15 days..im on 50 mg right now, also im using vit c, b and zinc i already listed the doses in my foirst post...i hope ythis can be helpful to figure out why im gaining weight instead of mantaining it or losing it...thanks
