Loss of size & strength after cycle

Gday guys, i finished my first cycle of Sus 250 about 2 weeks ago. I did 2 amps per week for 10 weeks and had great results. On the downside, and i knew it was coming, i have started to lose some size. I was just wondering if people could tell me how much (on average) how much you lose? Thanks alot, i will do another cycle after pct and time off.

Dont worry about it................its mostly water you are loosing. Youve probabably lost no muscle at all yet.

I didn't lose hardly anything last time. Are you eating enough? Are you training hard enough to warrant the extra mass? You say size... what about strength levels - have they dropped a lot too?

If people gains lots of water retention on a cycle its inevitable that they loose that water after........regardless how many cals a day they are eating. Plus an excess in calories will probably just lead to getting fatter.

True... and I have found more bloating from water if eating too many sugars and not enough water taken in during the day. Runaway estrogen levels can also increase water retention. And running Sustanon twice a week can cause issues with all the fluctuating hormone levels... should have used enanthate or cypionate instead...

he said he stopped 2 weeks ago...he shouldnt have lost anything yet as the sust is still pretty active.

but anyway, there are alot of things to factor in,how much did you gain? how much was water? whats your diet like? whats your training look like? are you getting enough rest? so on and so forth.....

what about your pct bro? what are you doing?

Hi guys, diet was fairly good and high protein. I think lack of sleep also contributed. Trained hard today, and definitly more a just loss of slight size rather than muscle. Will put it down to water retention.
Also pct is Pregnyl 3x per week, for 4 weeks.
I initially started out injecting once per week, but changed to 2 per week after reading the arguments that it helps to stabilise plasma levels.
Also, the muscle gained was about 5kg, and i leaned out a little bit.
Thanks alot for your help guys. Any more info on generally how long/ much of the gains can be kept?
