plenty of water, taurine, & potassium
I'll never do it again. My 22 year friend had a major heart attack the 2nd day on that stack.
im running that cycle right now, im into my 4th week with ok results, heres how i have done it. this is a 6 week cycle.
CLENBUTEROL
week 1+2, 1 tab on the first day 2 tab on the second day and so on till a max of 6 tabs then stay on that for 4 days then back down by 1 tab every day till off. each tab is 20 mcgs. you can go up to 8 tabs but no more than that for men, women no more than 5 tabs. you do not have to pyramid up and down like this thats just what i do.
CYTOMEL T3
weeks 1to6, start off on 1 tab ( i have the 20 mcg tabs) every day for 4 days then onto 2 tabs for 4 days and so on till a max of 5 tabs stay on this amount for 10 days then back down to 4 tabs for 4 days then 3 tabs for 4 days and so on till off. IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO GO UP AND DOWN THE DOSE SLOWLY AS I HAVE SAID NOT DOING THIS COULD CAUSE SERIOUS PROBLEMS. i split the dose up to twice a day 6 am and 2 pm. it is also a good idea to see your doctor to get your thyroid checked before taking.
ECA stack (optional)
weeks 2+4, i use an over the counter type, and i just do what it tells me to.
SUPPLEMENTS
Taurine
vit b12
whey and caesin protein
vit c
multi vit
flaxseed oil
about 2 half litres of water aday with the taurine and vit b12 should minimize or stop cramping .
using these drugs is a last resort or the icing on the cake if you like, diet and cardio should be well in place with the best results possible from these first. Taking cytomel is risky and should only be done after alot of research, what i have said is not law and should not be followed as such, do your own research and listen to other peoples opinions aswell.
good look with your dieting and remember diet and cardio are the KEY.
forgot to say some peole will say not to run T3 without gear im not knocking that, i havent been using it and im ok, but i have read alot of info telling you to and alot saying it doesnt matter, protein consumption should be high 2 grams to every KG of bodyweight.

Yeah he's fully recovered now. I just always make sure I make people aware of the potential of that stack. As far as I know it was nothing more than an average dose of each, some peoples heart just can't take it.

T3,CAN, be dangerous. I had a friend who ran T3 by itself and ended up in the hostpital with low thyroid levels and fatal pottasium levels. His potassium levels were so low it was starting to shut down his heart.Do your research and watch for muscle cramps.
