    Mass, Plain and simple

    the base is 1000mg/v test e and he is gonna stack with dianabol 6v on/off and insulin 20iu/pwo 4v on/off.

    diet is 5000kcal, exercise 4 times a week with heavyweight and lowreps.

    Is it good for size?

    Some stats: 107kg,some fat and 185cm, alot of cycles.

    far too few calories in my opinion!107kg aint alot for such a tall guy either,mostly if he not ripped.

    He is 22years old so he has many years too come before hes "BIG"
    5000kcal is okey for a guy how only workout with weights 60min a day and rest of time is sitting?

    5000kcal is a good amount of Calories. At the age of 22 his maintenance is probably around 3300 or so. Depending on how many kcals hes burning throughout his day including workouts that may suffice.

    How long is his cycle it total? Both with and w/o PCT?

    20weeks or more.
    Pct with nolva,clomid,ifg-1.

    20 weeks of just test is a long time. Why so long and is this his first cycle?

    He started at ripped 70kg 2004, and has done 7cycles.
    He wants to put on some mass and 10w is okej but his last was 20weeks and loved it, no hard recovery and he keept almost all gains.

    What did the 20 weeker consist of? I know it seems like I"m dragging along here but everything needs to be layed out to give the most beneficial advice.

    After 7 cycles and running test and D-bol only? I'm wondering what else he has expereinced with and since he loved the past 20 weeker so much I"m wondering what it consisted of............
