Xylocaine for painfull injections
I heard that if you add some xylocaine in painfull drugs then tha pain is minimal. Is that true?

Minimal? Not necessarily. Physicians normally use lidocaine or xylocaine when injecting corticosteroids (like cortizone shots for tendinitis), but that's about it.
My recommendation is simpler: Don't use Mexican drugs.
