    10lbs what to expect??

my first cycle goals are adding about 10-15lbs lean,so lets be conservative and say 10lbs,will i notice a small or signifficant gain(size),just wondering because ive only been used to 2-3lbs over a few of months being natural so its difficult to "SEE" the differences.thanks guys

It will be hard for you to see the difference, though it will depend on bf% in how much you will see. Ypurself and those who see you daily may not notice...but there will be a difference in before and after photos.

I strongly disagree m8...I think 14lbs is definitly a noticable weight gain for most people especially if you allready have low BF or have not been training long...14lbs heavyer you will probably look great in comparison to your current weight especially if its ur first cycle

    i AGREE

take 10lb of steak and pile it up,thats alot of muscle,i think guys have a gross misconception of how little actual muscle they gain during a cycle compared to water and fat..10lbs is a big gain in solid muscle
