gains to keep
seven weeks in and still gaining. at the start of my cycle i weighted in at 200lbs and now im 219lbs. i would like to stay above 215 after my cycle. is there anything that would let me keep my gains? (the more the better)
cycle
d-bol 35mg/day 4weeks
test 400mg/week 12weeks
nolvadex 15mg/day 16weeks
clomid for the last four weeks
is there anything else i should be taking to keep my gains

For right now, the clomid and nolva should help you keep substantial gains, I gained 22 lbs on a low dosage deca -test e cycle and only did clomid for PCT, I kept 14 of it.

Proper PCT is the most effective way on keeping gains.
What kind of test are you using and when are you going to start your Clomid?

Diet, genetics, training routine, compounds used and PCT protocol are all variables that will affect your ability to attain any gains made whilst "on".

im using test e,
i'll be starting clomid for weeks 13-17, i'll be adding another week of nolvadex also. my diet is very stirct. theres no point in taking juice if your not doing it all the way. thats just my view on it.
