just got 3 wheels on bench today
i finally got in to the 300 club.i weigh 155 and i am on my second cycle and my goal was to do 315 by the end of my cycle but i am only 7 weeks in on it and i got up 315 so i am very happy.last cycle i was benching 285 max.so now i am lokking for 350 by the end of my cycle.

good work. i've read that only 5% of american males can bench press 300lbs or more. keep it up.

what was your starting weight before gear?
That's a great accomplishment. If only 5% can bench over 300 lbs, I wonder what % of the male population that weights less than 185 and can bench 300 plus. Nice F****ng job.

i am 5 foot 5 and i had no help and i take it completely down to my chest with no bouncing i dont think bouncing 315 off your chest would feel to good. well i used to box at 118 pounds but when not traing i was around 145 but a little chubby. i was around 140 when i started this cycle cus i was training and thinking about taking a fight so i was loseing weight and not lifting.my last cycle i was around 160 to 165.

in boxing i had 1 punch knock out power.i owned my own boxing gym and when i was fighting at 118 i could knock out a guy 200 pounds no problem.thats is a untrained boxer of course

a trainer at my gym weighs 155 and can bench 335 max. he is also natural.

that is who i lost my last fight to on hbo. he is the best 118 i ever seen and fought.he is a true champion. i went 7 years with out a loss until i fought him. he hit like a sledge hammer

Being short does have its advantages.
Less travel distance for benchpressing, plus more leverage in your arms.
