    In need of your expertise

First off I gotta say that this site has been a great help. Ive learned a lot but wouldnt mind getting advice tailored to me.

    my stats:
    age: 25
    height: 5'7
    weight: 197
    body fat:18%

ive been training for about 6 years. Since Ive started ive jumped from 140lbs to 150lbs to 180lbs to the now current 197lbs. I could prolly lose some weight. I already did a cycle of deca and i guess it was ok but wasnt too impressed. what kind of advice can you give me on what i can cycle with? thanks.

At 18% BF I'd rather keep you off a cycle and fine tune the diet and training regimen. That way you can get your BF% down then take advantage of AAS if still desired. To lose weight I dont like to turn to AAS, it can be naturally achieved and you can stick around and learn what to cycle with when you're at a goal bf%.

I know thats not what you wanted to hear but I feel its best, lets see what others have to say.............

My adivce is to first get your bodyfat down a little. Start thinking about cycling when your under about 10-12%. The gains will be much better IMHO. It seems you've put some good gains on in the last 6 years though.

As you havent run a form of Testosterone before, I suggest you runa single estered Test for 10-12 weeks. Enanthate or Cypionate would be well suited, along with an AI at 350-500mg/wk.
