You will get a wide range of answers here but IMO Human grade is waaaaaaaaaaay better then Vet. And thats using "better" in the best sense. Better sterility, better dosing, better quality, all equals out to better results.

Most will argue the price difference is worth it but if you have the right source you can get HG gear cheap. Others will say its the same thing but I have seen Vet grade gear that was very unsterile. Enough to make you never want to use it again.

WELL SO FAR THE D-BOL HUMAN GRADE IS WORKING A LOT BETTER WITHOUT THE SIDES. I AM GOING TO TRY DECA SEE HOW GYNO IS. IT WAS MILD WITH THE VET. QV 300 Vs. DECAbol-250. I AM GOING TO PUT IT TO THE TEST

Most vet stuff was made for humans and labeled vet so it wouldget to the black market easier and be more affordable. The standards, etc. as Jay pointed out are a concern. I personally never had any problems with QV in the past. Now I go with a reliable and highly recommended UGL. UGL's are also sketchy sometimes so you have to check um out like you would a doctor if you were getting brain surgery.

I 2nd that Human Grade is way better & much safer than Vet Grade with the whole sterility & quality thing.

Just by the manufacturer. The key in all cases is the reliability and trust worthiness of your source.

There is much more money to be made making fakes of human gear than any other type.
