Hey all, I was wondering how much B-12 someone should be taking????? currently I take 1200 mcg a day (1 tablet 1000mcg, the rest out of a vitamin B 100 complex). Also how important is it to run the recommended 200mg a day of B-6 while on a cycle, what are the key benefits besides added energy.
Some people have said it's too much while others say this is no problem they take more.....Sorry if this has already been posted, still getting used to the forum stuff.
