I should know this but, start the nolva 18 days after first cyp shot or just the same day as the first shot?

I think no one is helping you with this b/c the question is confusing.

You had to make a mistake somewhere. 18 days is most commonly used to refer to the PCT start time of Test Cyp. Why do you keep saying "after first shot?" What exactly are you using the nolva for?

i think he means when should he start running the nolva as a anti e supplement during his cycle. if this is his question, i believe he should start running it 2wks before the cycle even starts to get the full benefit from it. i personally feel nolva sucks for this purpose. L'dex or letro is far more effective

Sorry...but yes you should know this before you decided to poke yourself.

Are you refering to during your cycle or PCT???

I would run .25mg l-dex and 10mg nolva throughout my cycle. (From day 1)

pct would be 18days after last shot at 20mg ed nolva....along with clomid.

well I basically got 14 mgs in case of gyno but, I never considered using it during. What dose, .25mg? Why do you recomend this?

Nolvadex does not prevent aromatization, it blocks estrogen receptors. This leaves alot of free estrogen floating around in the system. Once you stop the Nolva...you may still have gyno problems. A rebound effect if you will.

Ever hear someone ask why they got gyno after a cycle?

AI's (l-dex) will prevent aromatization. lowering the amount of estrogen in the body.

.25mg l-dex and 10mg nolva(just incase) is what I run....

If there is a risk of "rebounding" after nolva, isnt there the same risk of the body rebounding after L-dex is discontinued too, to the same extent? I need to read the profile.

I am probably getting some HCG as well.

you may not need anything....these are the precautions "I" take....and (knock on wood) I have never had any signs of gyno.

No l-dex stops the aromatization, meaning no convertion to estrogen, therfor no rebound. Also .25mg may not be enough to eliminate all estrogen, hence the nolva.

if you want to avoid eliminating all estrogen, try taking aromadex instead of letro. Buy some letro to take care of possible gyno though

Ive done some posts on this subject and done alot of research. Seems like the best thing would be to run 200mgs B6, .25mg arimidex, and 10mgs nolva. Thats what I'm gonna run in my next cycle.

for PCT I run 20mg Nolva ed and 100mg clomid ed for 30 days. No l-dex...alot of people continue with the l-dex through pct, but I have seen no advantage of doing that.
