Prior to Cycle...is this a good idea?

What do you think of this?

I read MudMan's Cycles for the Newbie...and he is a propenant of doing anti-estrogens 2 weeks prior to the start of your cycle...

i was looking for answers on "WHY is this a good idea?"

    thnks in advance...

I believe Mud was taking prelims in prep for gyno or other bad side effects. Might not need it...but its ok to start your first cycle with this technique. Personally...i like to wait before doing anti-e's....i try not to over-do the juice because....this is when the sides become more pronounced and even dangerous (growing tits, etc).

Well with letro for example, it takes a few weeks for blood levels to get stable, so by starting the letro 2 weeks before your cycle will ensure that the letro is doing its job already when you start your gear.

Stable as in if you are using o.5mg of letro ED, one week after starting this dose blood levels of letro could only be around 0.25mg ED, but by the 2-3 week period your blood levels off letro will have rised to the dose you want of 0.5mg a day.

I believe this post was answered correctly.

Letro takes about 2 weeks before effectively blocking the aromatizing enzyme. Therefore...you want to start before the end of your cycle and even during your cycle (in some cases).
