Thread: First Cycle Test questions

    First Cycle Test questions

If I do Test En. for 10wks at 250mg/wk, should I do Arimidex as well? I'd like to keep the sides down to a minimum, also, at for the last 4 weeks what could I use to take the water the test put off and use more as a cutter? I'm guessing Var would work at 100mg/eod for the last 4 weeks. Yes I'm a noob, help me keep from screwing myself.

    Height: 6'
Weight: 170lbs--I know eat more eat more, but theres only so much a lanky guy with skinny genes can do.
Exp Lifting: 2 yrs or so
Diet: Very clean, but lackin in protein (only 130-150g) as of now

I want the dose to be pretty low, it's my first stack and I want to see how it effects me.

Personally, I wouldn't go below 500mg. You didn't disclose your age, so i'm guessing you may still be young. In this case, your body may be producing around 200 mg/ week of testosterone anyways. So don't you think 250/week would be kind of useless?

If it's your first cycle, just stick to test. Say you experience some adverse reaction - you won't know if it's your body reacting to the test or some other drug. Save the stacking for later cycles. Don't feel there's a need for any arimidex or any anti-e for that matter until your PCT (Clomid reccommended). Keep Nolvadex on hand for any signs of gyno.

    That should about cover it.

    1-10 Weeks 500 mg Test/Week
2 weeks wait before beginning PCT should work.

In addition, a diet adjustment and serious eating might be a better idea before using AS. See how your body works with a SERIOUS diet and SERIOUS lifting. I bet you'll shatter any plateaus your at.

all i can say is if you have the skinny genes you have skinny genes. because me and my family has them too. they say eat eat eat and yes you may gain but its little. my brother is 6'4 and 160 lbs and eats as much as a family of four would eat in a day and doesn't gain a pound. now for me i am taking sust and deca for four weeks now and i have gained 20 pounds and still climbing 5 pounds a week. i eat about 3500 cals a day or more and protein as well as train hard
