Help with second cycle (suggestions)

Hiya, long time no see Since my last cycle I haven't been on here very much, now its time for my second cycle so I'm counting on you guys to help me get it wired
My first cycle was 12 weeks of Test Enth at 500mg (as usual). For my second cycle I want to use Test Enth along side either Equipoise or Deca. From what I can remember I think EQ would suit me best rather than Deca. I also want to front load the Test (and maybe the other compound in the stack?) I read a post some time back where 500mg of Test was shot on the first day (rather than just the 250) and then 250mg was shot every 3.5 days after giving a good "front load" effect. Does this sound right?
If I shot 500mg of test the first day then 250 every 3.5 days for 12 weeks would I simply run the EQ at the side of this in 200mg shots? (400mg a week).
Its been that long since I read up on here I've forgeten alot
Help with suggestions and what the cycle will look like please, bros.

From my first cycle I gained 14lb, I went from 188lb to 202lb. I gained little to no body fat and/or water retention.
I'm currently 195lb at 5'10''. From my next cycle I would simply like more of everything, more muscle mass and defination and a more vascular look. After this next cycle I'm planning on cutting hard for the summer. I'm currently around 14-16% body fat, I'd like to be 200lb @ 10% bf.

It may be an idea at reducing your bodyfat before embarking on another cycle. The Deca may leave you looking very puffy, with a bodyfat such as yours and EQ wont be as effective at making you look more vascular. Try and get it below 10-12% then cycle again IMHO.

Deca is a good compound used for mass, whilst EQ is better for lean/quality gains with a more vascular look. I would, though, advise against these both for a second cycle. Why not stack, Test Enan at 500mg/wk again, with an oral. Dbol or Tbol would be well suited. Leave the EQ/Deca out until a 3rd or 4th cycle IMHO.

I don't think I can get hold of t-bol but d-bols not a problem. I'm not sure about d-bol though, I've heard lots of bad things about it. Maybe d-bol plus a front loaded Test Enth cycle would be a good second cycle? Still not sure about the d-bol though, don't you just get lots of water retention and temperary strength gains from d-bol?

To be honest I'd prefer an all injectable like test and deca.
The body fat perentage I gave above was just an estimate, I do have a recent back pic so some of you may be able to give me a better idea of what BF% I am - www.myspace.com/nafeg
Test and deca was one of my thoughts but I prefered the properties of Test and EQ - but if EQ won't be very effective because of my BF% then maybe I'll go with the deca.
Any instructions on front loading a cycle like this?

Hm, I've just read up on a few d-bol cycles, it sounds ok at a low dose, sort of around 35mg ed. Maybe I'll consider Test Enth and d-bol.
I also want to run clen this time around, can anyone show me how I could effectively dose clen at the end of this:-

500mg of Test enth first day then 250mg every 3.5 days for 10 weeks
35mg of d-bol ed for the first 4 weeks
20mg of nolva throughout
PCT 2 weeks after last shot of test enth
This would be an easy and relatively cheap cycle. So where would be the best place to throw in the clen and how would I dose it effectively?

I have been reading so many posts about when will my gear kick in...and quite frankly i am gettin gsick of it...so i decided to put up a post that will explain all of that in about as clear format as i can. No matter what gear you take, this formula applies to everything, the acctual numbers might be fictitious but the concept is the same no matter what gear you choose. First off all let’s clear up the idea of esters. Esters do not slow down the initial release of hormones into blood stream they only extend the half-life of the drugs. Half-life mean that, that is you inject certain amount of drug, in a certain amount of day half of that drug will still be active. For example if you take 250mg of drug and it’s half life is 7 days, that means that in 7 days there will be 125mg of that drug still active in your system. With all AS once they are injected there is a huge release that takes place and most of the drug is in your system within 1 day. The only reason that some people do not feel the effect immediately is that the buildup of that drug to substantial/effective amount takes place over time. There is a solution to that; it’s called front loading. Front loading means taking double or triple (I recommend double) amount of the drug on your first day of the cycle. For example if you were planning to take 250mg of Sust per week, you would take 500mg on day 1 of your cycle. I hope this all makes sense and clears up a few misconceptions about “when is my gear going to kick in”, because it’s RIGHT NOW!!! As I said it works for everything, EQ, Deca, Test any ester, Tren Eenth, Masteron everything…just the half life’s change.

Regular way of taking AS and its natural buildup progression:
Day 1 – 250mg
Day 7 – 125mg + 250mg = 375mg
Day 14 – 187.5 + 250mg = 437.5mg
Day 21 – 219.2 + 250mg = 469.2mg
Day 28 - 234.6 + 250mg = 484.6mg
Day 35 – 242.3 + 250mg = 492.3mg
Day 42 – 246.1 + 250mg = 496.1mg


Now progression with “Double Dose” front loading:
Day 1 – 500mg
Day 7 – 250mg + 250mg = 500mg
Day 14 – 250mg + 250mg = 500mg
Day 21 – 250mg + 250mg = 500mg
Etc.

Now you tell me which cycle you want to be on

Thanks for that, so that would agree with my proposed Test enth cycle right? 500mg for the first day and then 250mg every 3.5 days for 10 weeks (i.e 500mg a week for 10 weeks but with a 500mg jump start).
At the minute I'm liking the sound of this along with 4 weeks of D-bol at 35mg ed.
I just need to know how to run the clen towards the end - I've read a few dosing examples of clen but most are different, I've heard that 2 days on, 2 days off is the better way of using clen. Can anyone advise me here?
Also, are there any other supps I need to use along side the d-bol or clen? I use mega vits throughout the cycle anyway and I'll be using milk thistle with the d-bol.

For me..
I like swifo's plan. I was planning test/deca
this time around, but I dont want to look
puffy. Im leaning towards just a higher
test cycle for my second im around the
same size as you, no puffy look for me,Ill
save the deca for next time.

I'm gunna go with the d-bol + test stack with the test being front loaded. This cycle should be much faster acting then my last one of just 500mg a week. Gunna start this very shortly, can't wait! then I'm gunna hit the clen during PCT and try and drop some body fat ready for summer.
Still interested in how to run/dose the clen other wise I'll just use my supplyers dosing advice.
