test, deca, var cycle, need critique

hey bros, i have a proposed cycle im tryin to help my boy out with, hes been in it for a while and has some experiance but hes not on here like we do, so i figured id give him some help with the information yous provide back to me.

my boy is like 5-8 182 and has a few cycles under his belt, mostly deca, test and tren cycles.

he wanted to do a deca only cycle so i treid preachin the ways to him and nows he willing to listen and put together something nice. still wants to use deca as he says it does well with him, his last deca only, 300mg for 8 weeks (pretty sure that what he said he ran) he kept about 10-12 lbs

this is what i have said for him to run.. let me know if this is a good idea or bad. his goal is to bulk up and still stay hard and vascular as he is, and abs.. i told him diet would play that role for him. but heres the cycle i thought might be good.
1-12 test e 600mg ew
1-8 deca 400mg ew
9-15 var 60mg ed or winny 50mg ed
pct


let me know if this might be a good cycle for him to run. i appreciate any feedback from you bros.

Its good but i would change the deca to 10wks becaue you wont see much out of deca in just 8wks & there is another mistake why stoping the test & continue with oral?? this way he could lose his sex drive test must be throughout the cycle here like this

9-15 Var 60mg ed/Winny 50mg ed

1-15 Nolva 20mg ed<---for Gyno & water retention

1-15 Vitamin B6 200mg ed for Deca's progesterone Gyno

& then the normal pct HCG 1wk before starting the pct then stop the HCG & continue with clomid & nolva.

Btw i forgot staying lean & keepin his abs depend 100% on the diet.

Nice suggestion, but it needs a little work.

I wouldnt run Deca for less than 12 weeks. I'd do something like this:

wk 1-14 Test Enan/Cyp 600mg/wk
wk 1-13 Deca 400-500mg/wk
wk 12-16 Var 75mg/ED OR Winny 50mg/ED
wk 1-PCT Proviron 25-50mg/ED OR L-Dex 0.5mg/ED

The Test/Deca are run for no less than 12 weeks to get the full effects from both their long acting esters.

Proviron or L-Dex are used to reduce estrogen levels, this will mean progesterone related side effects will be prevented or chances reduced. Vit-B6 can also be run at 100-200mg/ED to further decrease the chances of progesterone related sides.

HCG can be run at a low dose, of say 250-500ius/E4D, this will help prevent testicular inhibition and shut down from the Test/Deca, which is also a common side effect of running a Progestin, as their very suppressive compounds. HCG can also be run for PCT, however, as Leydig desensitization may occur from prolonged use, its advised Nolva at a small dose it run to prevent any further suppressions of Ganadotropins.

Var and Winny will also help reduce levels of SHBG (the bad hormone that binds to free testosterone) making he cycle more effective. Proviron is also effective at this role.

Finally, PCT begins 14 days after last Test Enan shot, 21 days after last Deca shot and 24 hours after last Var/Winny administration. The oral (which ever one) ir run right up to PCT begining.

HHH, i was told with my current cycle that since im using test e, that i could finish up with winny 2 weeks past test e, being test e is long ester and then when the last day of winny was there (2 weeks after last shot of test) that i could start pct right away the day after thus havin no down time between cycle and pct. if he runs the test e through 15 he will have to wait 2 more weeks to start pct, then he will be just running off the test to pct instead of 2 coupounds (one fast acting one slow acting) which from how i understood was a better way to go.

Actually i do the Test till wk 15 to give me more time to use HCG to make the pct easier but if you like to continue with winny or oral & stop the Test then i dont see any problem.
